Who We Are

Meet the Team

Hiring a design/build team for your project is a little like getting married. Successful partnerships require a shared vision, the ability to give and take, a willingness to work hard and, above all, pleasure in the other's company. Your home's integrity is at stake, and you'll want to get to know your prospective partner before saying "I do."

With that in mind, allow us to introduce the Gaspar's design/build professionals who will transform your vision into reality.

Sarah Henry

Owner / President

As the 2nd-generation owner of Gaspar’s, Sarah provides the strong, behind-the-scenes support that helps our company thrive. She is a keen believer in the value of straightforward communication, and enjoys fostering a collaborative spirit between clients and the design/construction teams to create beautiful results and a great experience for all involved.

Having grown up in Seattle, Sarah joined the family business in 2002 after spending a decade working in Human Resources. In 2005 she decided that Gaspar’s needed a better way to service clients with smaller projects; the result was the creation of our Handyman Division.

Sarah is passionate about maintaining and growing Gaspar’s reputation for excellence in all aspects of our operations, now and into the future.

The Gaspar's Team

The Gaspar's Team

Since our beginnings in 1973 as a small construction company, the Gaspar's family has taken great pride in making a difference in people's lives, one remodeling project at a time.

Today at Gaspar’s a we can help our clients with design, remodel and home repair services all working together under one roof. (Don’t worry, it’s a big roof.)

A Family Tradition

From the onset, Rich Gaspar chose to build his construction company on the principles of respect, integrity and an unwavering commitment to quality. As his business (and family) grew, Rich nurtured these values in the people around him, expanding his reach but never compromising. The result: a personal and professional reputation that is unmatched in the local design/build trade.

Today, Rich and his wife Cathy (a gifted designer and partner in the firm) have handed the company reins to the next generation. Now, as always, the Gaspar’s tradition endures — to treat clients, employees and subcontractors as you would your own family.

A Family Tradition

Community Matters

As a family, as a company, and as individuals, our roots run deep in Seattle. No surprise then, at Gaspar's we spend a lot of our free time contributing to local service organizations and participating in charitable events.

Our Difference

A great remodel begins with a great team.
