Jacob hails from the small town of Speedway, IN with a dreary history in racing motorsports. He grew up longing for a better sense of community and scenery, and so after he graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with his Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, Jacob took off for the great PNW with his furry, four-legged companion, August. Since then, his work has focused mainly on High-End Residential Design, Custom Furniture Revitalization, and now, more of our Design+Build world. His design style is driven by a mixture of modern clean lines and vintage architectural details, design that brings out the character and personality of his clients, and creating spaces that envoke the emotion of "home".

When he is not working, you can find Jacob playing soccer & traveling for tournaments to represent Rain City Soccer Club (Seattle's Elite LGBTQ+ Soccer Club). He can also be found at your local antique store or architectural salvage looking for his next furniture restoration project, exploring the city's unique food and drink scene, or taking August along for hikes around the PNW - his favorite hike so far being Mount Storm King, just outside of Port Angeles, WA.
