Sales Admin Coordinator

PAY RANGE: $34.66-$42/hr 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:  
  • Experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in remodeling, construction, or home improvement industries. 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and calendar/email management. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. 

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently. 

  • Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Lead Management & Sales Support: 

  • Prequalify and filter incoming leads to determine project viability. 
  • Maintain lead rotation and referral tracking. 
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Double-check lead sources, including handyman vs. full remodel projects, project timelines, and design-build needs. 
  • Ensure timely client intake and onboarding to provide a seamless experience. 
  • Support proposal and estimate prepparation, ensuring documents are accurate and well-formatted. 

2. HubSpot & Sales Worflow Management: 

  • Serve as the go-to person for the sales team regarding Hubspot CRM. 
  • Create and maintain workflows to streamline sales processes. 
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, auditing contact details, project timelines and lead statuses. 

3. Salesperson-Specific Events & Client Engagement: 

  • Assist individual salespeople in planning and executing client focused events to build relationships and drive referrals, including: 
    • Open houses showcasing completed projects for referrals and new leads. 
    • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-ups for salesperson-hosted events. 
    • Manage gifting & appreciation touchpoints. 

4. Sales Manager Assistance: 

  • Maintain the sales agenda, scorecard and closing percentage documents. 
  • Track sales KPIs, including conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue forecasts. 
  • Prepare & organize the sales meeting room before scheduled meetins. 
  • Conduct competitor research to keep the team informed on market trends and industry prcing. 
  • Assist with sales training & development, sourcing new resources and managing training logs. 
  • Support sales calendar management, ensuring meetings, follow-ups, and events are scheduled efficiently.

5. Sales Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Manage email and calendar scheduling for the sales team. 

  • Map out design project timelines and provide scheduling support. 

  • Work closely with the project team to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to design and construction. 

6. Other support as needed. 

 

 

 

Handyman Division Manager

PAY RANGE: $93,000-$116,000 annual

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and foster trust among coworkers and subordinates. 

  • In-depth knowledge of the residential remodeling industry. 

  • Ability to pass a drug and background check. 

  • Possession of a valid WA state driver’s license and auto insurance. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with experience using Microsoft Access and BuilderTrend. 

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds. 

  • Ability to provide instruction, offer constructive feedback, and uphold high work standards. 

  • A self-motivated individual who is accountable for their own performance and results. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Oversee all operations of the Handyman Division, ensuring efficiency and quality. 

  • Track project budgets to maintain profitability and train staff in budget management. 

  • Coach, mentor, and support field staff to achieve expected profit margins and top-tier workmanship. 

  • Stay up to date with construction practices and provide ongoing training for staff. 

  • Attend subcontractor walkthroughs, client meetings, and lead weekly staff meetings. 

  • Manage hiring and terminations while conducting annual reviews for direct reports. 

  • Work independently while also leading teams in carpentry, drywall, painting, and other trades. 

Handyman & Small Projects Salesperson

BASE SALARY: $72,100/yr 
  • Commission based on gross profit margin of sold work

  • Home Maintenance Program Commission 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:  
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or home repair services 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle 

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and estimating tools 

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident working independently 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Familiarity with home systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, finishes) 

  • Estimating experience required; must be able to self-scope and price projects 

  • Background in sales and client relationship management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :  
  • Conduct intake calls and discovery conversations to understand homeowner needs and qualify leads 

  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in home events, community activities, or client appreciation campaigns.

  • Write and track estimates using company templates and pricing tools. 

  • Maintain digital calendar with meetings, follow-ups, and client milestones. 

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for future projects, referrals, and Home Maintenance Programs 

  • Communicate proactively with coordinators, technicians, and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff. 

  • Collaborate with internal coordinators to finalize production schedules and project start timelines. 

  • Write proposals and contracts for Time & Materials or Fixed Bid projects. 

  • Coordinate and lead subcontractor walkthroughs for specialty trades. 

  • Draft and present construction contracts, collect deposits, and hand off signed jobs for production. 

  • Prepare and present field estimates or detailed proposals depending on project complexity 

  • Present and sell in-home consultations or subcontractor walkthroughs as part of the scoping process

 
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:  
  • Minimum of 45 new client intake calls per quarter 

  • 10+ referrals or introductions requested monthly 

  • 96% client and internal team satisfaction scores 

  • 15 billable hours per week for estimating, site visits, and follow-ups 

  • Minimum of 5 Home Maintenance Programs sold per quarter 

  • Minimum of $1,000,000 in annual sold work at 40%+ gross profit

Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Construction Lead to oversee our Handyman projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and home repair, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively. As the Handyman Construction Lead, you will be responsible for assessing repair needs, overseeing the repair process to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Perform a broad range of light remodeling tasks, confidently, without supervision, while maintaining Gaspar’s quality and customer service standards.
  2. Run multiple jobs at one time.
  3. Demonstrate craftsman carpentry skills in high-end homes.
  4. Develop creative solutions when confronted by unique problems.
  5. Perform various tasks from rough finish carpentry, drywall, painting, rot/leak detection repair, light electrical, light plumbing, light tilling window, and door installation.


Qualifications:

  1. A strong and thorough understanding of the industry and home systems.
  2. MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in residential remodeling and 10 years in the trades.
  3. Ability to instruct others.
  4. An ability to work independently and make decisions.
  5. A valid license and a clean driving record.
  6. Must have the necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance.
  7. Able to pass drug and background check.
  8. Basic administrative, computer and arithmetic skills to accurately prepare invoices and track paperwork.
  9. Strength, balance, and agility sufficient to work at gutter-level heights, dig postholes, and move around in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
  10. A lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with salesmanship skills
  11. Must live within 15 miles of Seattle
