Beth is a proud Seattle native.  Armed with a degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University, she embarked on a journey into Human Resources, a field she found both challenging and rewarding.

Throughout her career, she's had extensive experience in various HR roles, showcasing her knack for fostering positive workplace environments and facilitating effective employee relations. Currently serving as Gaspar’s HR Generalist, Beth brings her expertise to the table, helping engage, motivate, and support the growth in Gaspar’s Human Resources department.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Beth finds solace and joy in her personal pursuits. She cherishes moments spent with her family, finding balance and harmony through yoga practice, and indulging in the delightful companionship of her two standard poodles. Beth's dedication to both her professional and personal life reflects her commitment to holistic well-being and fulfillment.
