Unique Seattle Jewel Box Home Design

This 455 sq ft. studio was purchased as a second home and converted into a one-bedroom. Since the unit already had incredible natural light, finishes and design aspects were chosen to enhance the feel of a bright, crisp and open space. The former bland living room was given storage and structure to allow for an inviting place to entertain. By removing the former wall between the living room and kitchen, the entire space was unified. The kitchen and bath were updated to reflect the contemporary and clean look that the homeowners were seeking.
