Highlights from the 2016 Remodel Home Tour
This 1926 home had seen a lot of different era’s and remodels over the years. Our Home Owners wanted to bring back the original charm to the kitchen and living spaces while also adding modern conveniences.
The charm part is address with crown molding, beautiful tile backsplash, school house light fixtures, farm house sink and shaker style cabinets. The modern conveniences include removing 2 walls to create a larger kitchen for entertaining since the kitchen is the heart of the home. The flush ceiling hood that doesn’t block site lines in the kitchen and converting the wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace and running continuous hard wood floors into the kitchen.
