Functional Capitol Hill Carport Addition

Street parking in this dense urban neighborhood was a problem.  Additionally, the home sits up off the street and required two sets of stairs to access from the street side.  Fortunately, the homeowners had level access to the home from an alley and wanted to use that space to create a structure that would provide covered parking without overwhelming the yard.  We built this beautiful structure that has given the homeowners covered off-street parking and created a functional integrated space that is perfect for entertaining.
